Livingston Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you browse or use Livingston County Busted Mugshots. If you do not accept them, do not use this site.

This privately owned guide is not affiliated with the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Livingston County Jail, any court, NYSDOCCS, or another government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers consumer-reporting, tenant-screening, credit, insurance, or employment services. The guide is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

Purpose of This Guide

We provide a private reference site that identifies official local, state, and federal record resources. We do not keep official records, confirm custody, release people, file documents, or provide legal services.

The site may link to Livingston County sources, including records-request information, and to outside research tools. New York public-record access is subject to New York Public Officers Law Article 6, Sections 84 through 90, and agency-specific requirements, not to a guarantee from this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

  • Use the site only in a lawful manner.
  • Do not use any information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person.
  • Do not use site material to make housing, lending, employment, insurance, or similar decisions.
  • Do not try to bypass security or access systems without authorization.
  • Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools without permission.
  • Do not interfere with access to the site for other visitors.

Fair Credit Reporting Act Limits

Livingston County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not prepare consumer reports, background checks, or credit reports, and neither this site nor its partners provides a screening service. You agree not to use information from this site or a linked tool for any FCRA-regulated purpose, including:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions.
  • Tenant or housing screening.
  • Creditworthiness determinations or insurance pricing.
  • Licensing, permits, or eligibility for government programs.
  • Any other use regulated by the FCRA.

Third-Party and Official Links

Links may lead to Sheriff, court, corrections, government, legal-aid, booking, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those sites’ information, privacy practices, availability, pricing, or terms, and you should review their policies before using them.

Site Provided As Is

This site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant:

  • That information is accurate, complete, or current.
  • That access will be uninterrupted.
  • That the site will always be free of errors, defects, or security issues.
  • That a partner search will produce complete results.

Custody, court, and agency records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office or another government agency.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this site or a linked service.

Your Responsibility to Indemnify
